Everything looks pretty normal: school delinquents bully and beat younger kids, TV reports mysterious being having appeared in Z-city.. And Saitama looks his indifferent self, but only with hair and slightly younger. TV continues to report that the mysterious beings are in fact a relatively new phenomenom in this particular time.
Well, long story short this story consists of what makes Saitama eventually become a superhero. In this extra chapter he encounters delinquents I previously talked about, problems in school and especially one of those mysterious beings.
The title of 200 Yen is the amount of money that he had on him when delinquents robbed him and after that the mysterious being took the money from the delinquents. Saitama ended up going after the being and getting beated up by him. This is where he makes his resolve.
In the end we get a funny moment from the present where Saitama had beaten a living snow man, only to find as big as a mountain snow man to appear. Saitama gets nervous, but not because of the huge snow man, but because he forgot that today was the burnable trash day.
