According to the spoilers it seems we don't get to see strawhats clash with Donquixote Doflamingo, they decide to run away from Punk Hazard. In chapter 696 we get to see short flashback where Luffy and Law speak about their plan to take down Yonkou. It is then revealed that Law is talking about Kaido of the Hundred Beasts.
Luffy then says that he will take down all of the Yonkous eventually (excludins Shanks I think). That's so like Luffy.
Kinemon also revives and we get to see Momonosukes human form.
I think in next couple of chapters we will truly get to see some interesting stuff, like always between the arcs when Oda shows us what is happening around the world. Maybe we'll even get to see Doflamingo and Aokiji clash on Punk Hazard, though I think that is a bit unlikely.
