Thanks to Luffy Infamous reputation with wanted poster of 400K berry, this group of coward pirate are taking advantage on Straw Hat reputation. They wanted to go to New World but lack of strength, in order for them to become strong pirate team they are hiring strong pirate to join the Fake Straw Hat.
They are weak but they set a criteria minimum 200K berry of wanted poster to join their team of Fake Straw Hat. Many rookies were very interested to join them in hope to gain protection of Straw Hat popularity. However they manage to fool many people including inexperience marine army.
