Nanatsu no Taizai still continues with it's excellent quality: this chapter was a prime example of great story pacing in which no pages get "thrown away" to useless stuff that isn't relevant to the readers. I could easily imagine that many other mangas would have used many chapters only for the part where Meliodas' group go inside the prison and get out of there: Suzuki Nakaba did it in half a chapter and succeeded exceptionally well.
Now that we've got three of the Seven Deadly Sins reunited my excited only grows for the future chapter. The way that Ban and Meliodas met was a great one, I seriously liked that arm wrestling moment. Ban also seems an incredibly interesting and likeable character very suitable for this group: he's in no way anything original, but it's a character type that I'm fond of. Somehow he reminds me a bit of Hisoka, who is also one of my favorite villains in any series. The "rivalry" aspect between Ban and Meliodas is a very well designed in my opinion.
I have to admit, that Nanatsu no Taizai exaggerates very much in it's events, but that's more of a big plus than a minus. It suits very well with the general flow of the story and the art while keeping it enjoyable.

With this, all four of the weird fangs have been defeated. Elizabeth is hurt and Diane offers to take her back to the town but she wants to go where Meliodas and Ban are. Diane picks Elizabeth and puts her in her backbag.
Diane and Hork find someone lurking around who tells them where the prison where Ban is being hold is. They meet with Meliodas and go inside the round building / mountain in which the prison lies.
Nearby Lord Golgius has been confirmed of their entry and he then uses an "incantation ball", which puts an Eternal seal spell on the mountain. They say that it was a last resort and that even ten Tyrant dragons couldn't destroy that magical containment barrier (Tyrant dragons were wild uncontrollable monsters that could destroy a town on their own)
Meanwhile, Diane, Elizabeth and Lord Meliodas are progressing towards a tunnel until daughter of the doctor from Dalmary runs straight towards them saying that a legendary criminal just killed a holy knight.
Meliodas and Ban run towards each other seeming happy and start high fiveing each other continuously until Ban hits sho hard that Meliodas flies through several walls. Meliodas answers to this by headbutting Ban through opposite walls.
After that they Ban and Meliodas join their hands for arm wrestling, once they start the whole building is starting to be destroyed. They talk that their record is 361 wins out of 720 to someone's favor - both are saying that it's to their favor.
The holy knights outside are about to leave and report of the seven deadly sins to higher ups. They turn around only to see the mountain that they just sealed with the incantation spell crumble down because of Meliodas and Ban arm wrestling.
Three of the seven deadly sins have been reunited and the chapter ends here..
