We see Sasuke first time in a while and his posse including Orochimaru is sensing Narutos chakra from far away. It seems to bother Sasuke a little.
Scene changes to the battlefield where Naruto is holding hands with Hinata and apparently giving some of his own / Kyubi Chakra to her. Kurama says he modified his chakra and handed it over to Naruto.
Naruto does Kagebunshin no Jutsu and spreads his chakra through them to many of the people fighting on the battlefield. Interestingly enough Madara and Obito just watch what he's doing and do nothing.
Hinata uses Hakke Kuushoi (empty hand) on one of the hands spreading from ten tails (Juubi) and it's effective. Naruto's Kyubi chakra seems to work very well.
Chouji and his father uses Baika no Jutsu and grow up to stop more of Juubi's hands.
Inoue and Shikamaru are getting ready using Kagemane no - and Shintenshin no jutsus.
There's a small flashback of couple of pages covering some of their past stuff concerning people around them.
Obito says not to underestimate them: suddenly there are spikes growing out of Juubis hands. Ino manages to sway Juubis hand away from Chouji.
Nara clan get together and try to bind Juubi's with their shadows. They manage to stop it.
Rock Lee cries over Nejis death.
We get a little bit of "friendship" and "loved ones" speaks from Kakashi and Naruto and then the chapter ends.
Comments and Predictions
Well, Naruto this week was a disappointing, not that I waited anything special: after the Obito reveal and Madara showing off this was has been honestly too boring.
As for predictions, I think will and should be seeing more of Sasuke and what he's up to. I'm not sure whether we've been revealed what he and Orochimaru (who was supposed to be trapped?) are up to. Can't really say what will happen in the war: I think Madara and Obito may manage to at least start their ultimate jutsu, but of course heroes will prevail in the end. I think that all the Sasuke x Naruto stuff will happen after Madara has been taken care of and then it's possible that this mangas plug will be pulled. Finally.
Don't get me wrong, Naruto has been an excellent story, but now it has unfortunately lost it's good flow.
