So this was what Mogamett aimed to do and I'm pleased to see that the series manages to pull such a things which are not to be expected. I was thinking that Magnostadts last trump card was the awesome weapon which shoot magoi all over the place.
It's pretty much obvious that Mogamett is now pretty much fallen into the "plan" of Al-Thamen who are without a doubt the cause of this war, making Mogamett resort to his last trump card which is composed of Black rukh. What I'm interested to see what are those things which are gathering(?) the black rukh and what is their origin so to say.
But what really made this chapter better than most of the chapters was that only in the span of 18 chapters we got a great view of Mogametts past and at least for me it was necessary to read it couple of times to get the message behind it. Of course the "message" in itself was on the page where young Mogamett wants to protect all of humans and the old one wants only the best for the magicians. It was without a doubt well designed moment.

-So the news are that a Kou Empire has Begun to move: great army composed of more than 200 000 warriors are heading towards Magnostadt
-At the same time in Magnostadt, the magicians are wondering what they should do. Lord Mogamett is watching over the deceased magicians lying on the floor.
-Mogamett says that he will get rid of Kou Empires and Reims armies. He is then seen to be going down the stairs along with less than a dozen of other magicians.
-We are getting a short flashback of Mogamett who in the past wanted to protect all of the humans, but now cares only of magicians. This is an obvious arisal of Dark Rukh inside Mogamett.
-Mogamett arrives to the deepest sector of fifth level authorization district and there we can see Mogamett's trump card, something composed of black Rukh, some three entities which look like dark djinns.
